I have a customer that uses staged dunning in R11 and wants to upgrade.

Staged dunning is meant to be available in R12.1.3, however I think they will still need a custom scoring engine or strategy as they have multiple dunning sets and therefore they will need something to identify the dunning plan.

And that, in turn, means full advanced collections.</description>

		<description>Hi. I would like to talk to the author of this post.  We have software that relieves 2 of your 3 "off the cuff" reasons to re-implement.  Thus there are fewer reasons that would force an organization to re-implement.

My objective is to get better insights from people who understand the trade-offs between upgrade 11i to R12 and re-implement R12.

If I could be introduced to someone weighing the decision right now, so much the better.
